Πρωτότυπες, καινοτόμες λύσεις ανακατασκευής ή και εξολοκλήρου νέας κατασκευής για αμαξώματα ειδικού σκοπού με συγκεκριμένους περιορισμούς, ανάγκες και προδιαγραφές.

Was commissioned to modify entirely the back and make adjustments to the vehicle as a whole, in order for it to be able to withstand and accommodate all the necessary cinematic equipment and personnel needed for the actualization of kinetic visual effects while filming a scene.

Hence, the concept of a fully buildable Superstructure, with a Main platform mounted on the vehicle chassis and Peripheral platforms easily attached to the main platform at 2 different height levels, was introduced.

The peripheral platforms have been designed with a cost effective, low tare weight, easy to assemble and disassemble mindset.
This is why most of the Superstructure’s parts are fastened with screws.

High strength special Plywood and formed Aluminium (damier) were used to achieve anti-slip floors with the most lightweight result.

Our main goal was to build a durable, easy to assemble and disassemble, sustainable structure that fit the client’s needs for utility and ergonomics with as little material waste and structural complexity as possible.

Specialized anti-oscillation tank base.  Utilizing the material properties steel and rubber provide and combining them in a particular layout ensures the maximum strength and dampening factor.

Chassis Elongation. Increase of Mixed Load with the addition of an extra retractable axle, making the ΜΒ 1823/4x2 into a 6x2 truck. 

Loading-unloading Flatbed with a hydraulic tipping ramp.

Special Asymmetrical C shaped design for lifting and moving objects as heavy as 7.5tn.

Reconstruction of a  MB208D van to accomodate all the design and hygiene criteria of a modern Food Truck.

Special reconstruction of a Schmitz chassis in order to accomodate the safe and legislatively approved mounting of a sweeper system for airport use.
